Freshly squeezed grapefruit, tequila, and rosemary — does it get any better? Just in time for national tequila day, we’re sharing our go-to summer drink: a classic Paloma.
Ingredients (Makes 1 Cocktail)
¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup of your favourite tequila
¼ cup club soda
- sugar, salt + rosemary to garnish
Combine freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice, lime juice, sugar + your favourite tequila in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice until combined + chilled.
Take a dish or plate and add a layer of sugar + salt. Apply honey to the rim of selected glass and dip in sugar + salt combination.
Pour shaken cocktail into glass. Top with club soda + garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Serve + enjoy!
