Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Sarah E:  "I love the tender but crunchy feel of the noodles. They were very soft but had a slight crunch and it was delicious. The broth has a very spicy taste but it left you wanting more. The spiciness left my lips tingly but it wasn't to much to handle. The pairing of the noodles and the spiciness was a perfect match."
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Sarah E:  "I would add a spork to it, because it's a on the go type of meal and I think it would appeal to more people grabbing a quick lunch for work. I think it has the perfect amount of vegetables in it, but I would possibly add a red bell pepper. As for a meal, I would add some chicken of beef tips in it to get that extra protein."

Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Sarah E:  I liked how quick it was to make it and the tenderness of the noodle. I felt like the Shin Cup had a more for a fresh taste compared to the processed like taste of the ramen noodles. The shin cup broth also had a more powerful flavor and made it stand out.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Sarah E:  I added the hot water and let it sit out on my counter. I loved doing it this way because I was able to complete other household chores while waiting for it to finish. It made it a very fast and convenient quick meal.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Sarah E:  I would tell them that it was a very spicy broth but you couldn't stop eating it because it was so good. It had a perfect amount of heat for anyone that loves spicy foods.
