Gourmet Spicy Shin Cup

Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You’ll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It’s a quick-prepare soup that’s just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Amber W. from WA about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Amber W.:  This soup has a very spicy beef flavor. Every bite has different vegetable flavors that shine through the broth and noodles. The carrots green onions and mushrooms that this soup has are not to soft or overly crunchy. The noodles have a ramen texture and taste but combined with the vegetables and the spiciness of the broth makes this a very nice soup.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Amber W.:  This soup is good on its own, but next time I'd probably add some thin sliced beef, lemon juice, and a little bit of parsley to the mix.

Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Amber W.:  This shin noodle soup is similar to other packaged ramen in regards to serving size and package contents. Its bold spicy beef flavor and the freshness of the vegetables set this soup apart from it's competitors.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Amber W.:  "I prepared the Shin Cup at home in the microwave. on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the most difficult I would definitely say that the preparation was very convenient and a number 1. I really enjoy the shin cup because I am always on the go and I love how it conventionally it's into my cup holder. and as a mother of 3 and one on the way, I appreciate something as convenience as the on the go shin cup ."
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Amber W.:  Hot! This soup is exploding with heat from spicy red peppers. If you like the tongue tingling burn from spicy food, you'll love this soup.

Thank you for your time, Amber W.! We love your feedback.
