Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Felicia S.: The texture of the noodles are so wonderfully soft. This is the texture I aim to achieve in my pasta dishes. The spicy is just right for me. A wonderful blend of cayenne spice heat and a beefy/veggie mix.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Felicia S.: To enhance my Shin Cup I would add fresh green onions, peppers and shrimp.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Felicia S.: Nongshim is a great brand. It is, in my opinion, a step above top ramen and cup noodles. Though I like both of those brands they heat and have a salty flavor. I love that I can get real heat in these noodles without having to modify the original product.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Felicia S.: I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes then allowed it to sit out for another 3 minutes with something over the top to trap the heat. This allows the noodles to get really soft, just the way I like them. They are really easy to make and a great convenient fast meal.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Felicia S.: For people like myself who like real heat, this is it. This isn't a mild or slight heat, it is an extreme flavor and a wonderfully satisfying heat.
