Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Tina B:  The broth has a slightly sweet and salty beef flavor with the spiciness of red chili peppers. The noodles are smooth and tender. Overall, the taste is very spicy!
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Tina B:  Some additional plain cooked Asian noodles or plain sautéed veggies would go wonderful with the Shin cup.

Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Tina B:  I liked the easiness of preparing it. It's spicier than the traditional beef ramen noodles. The noodles are flatter instead of round. It also has some add-ins of green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Tina B:  I peeled off the lid, poured in the contents of the soup base packet that was found in the cup, filled the cup with water to the indicated line, then put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. It came out hot and ready to be stirred. I let it cool for about 5 minutes. This is extremely convenient to prepare, especially for on-the-go meals.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Tina B:  It is very hot coming out of the microwave. I would recommend stirring continually and waiting at least 5 minutes before tasting it. On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being very spicy, I would give it a 10.
