We talked to Jasmine W. from FL about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Jasmine W.:  After tasting the Nongshim Spicy noodle cup I found the spiciness of broth to be zesty and tantalizing at the same time. The broth had tomato and garlic notes with a flavorful hint of mushrooms and scallions. The noodles were smooth and silky which allowed the them to absorb the tangy taste of the broth. The overall taste of the was far more superior in spice and flavor than other brands available on the market today.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Jasmine W.:  After letting the noodles absorb the flavor of the broth I would drain the broth. Then I would add shrimp or beef to compliment the spiciness of the broth.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Jasmine W.:  I loved the mushrooms and scallions added to the cup. Many other brands use less complex vegetables like corn or peas. By adding a different variety of vegetables the flavor is enhanced and the brand is set apart from the many others.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Jasmine W.:  "The Shin cup is a easy to prepare. I used the microwave method by filling cup to the designated line with like warm water. I let the noodles and vegetables cook for 3 minutes on high. I let the noodles sit for a few minutes to cool. After the noodles have cooled for 5 minutes or so I add the packet of seasoning. I add the seasoning at the end so I can taste more flavor and spice."
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Jasmine W.:  The Shin cup has a zesty kick of spices and flavors. These flavors are further enhanced by the silky smooth ramen noodles.

Thank you for your time, Jasmine W.! We love your feedback.
