Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Mary A.:  The most prominent flavor note in the broth is a chili flavor. However, the next flavor that is present is a good beef flavor followed by numerous vegetable notes. Mushroom stands out from the vegetable notes. The noodles in the broth are a delightful pairing. The noodles are not too soft or too hard and have actually absorbed some of the broth making them taste even better.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Mary A.:  I would like to add large chunky pieces of vegetable along with some pieces of steak to make a full meal out of it. I believe that would add another layer of texture as well as additional flavor.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Mary A.:  The first thing I noticed, especially compared to other ramen cup of noodles I have tried, is the large pieces of vegetables right on top of the noodles. Also, I usually have to add more spices to the noodle packs I have eaten, but this Shin Cup is so packed with flavor and is definitely spicy enough for me.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Mary A.:  The preparation of the Shin Cup is super easy. I prepared mine in the microwave by adding water to the fill line as well as adding the flavor packet, then microwaved for 3 minutes. Simple. And can definitely be made for everyone's on-the-go lifestyle.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Mary A.:  The level of spiciness is more for the person that does like some kick to their food. I like a lot of heat in my food and eat spicy foods regularly and I find the heat level perfect.
