Gourmet Spicy Shin Cup

Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You’ll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It’s a quick-prepare soup that’s just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Linnea L. from WI about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Linnea L.:  The noodles are the perfect blend of firm but not hard and starchy but not overwhelming. Although I'm not a mushroom fan, the mushroom flavor mixes together with the onions, chili and black pepper for a delicious complement to the beef. The domination of noodles and flavor form a symphony in your mouth.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Linnea L.:  I may add thin slices of beef or perhaps fish. More red pepper flakes would be fantastic as well.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Linnea L.:  It's much better than other ramen products that I've tried. I like the added veggies in it. Most ramens have just boring icky veggies but these veggies are exciting and different.
“These veggies are exciting and different!”

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Linnea L.:  The Shin Cup was super easy to prepare. I'd love to bring it to work where we don't have a lot of resources to make food.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Linnea L.:  I've had spicier things but the shin Cup is a good blend of flavor and spicy. It doesn't burn your taste buds off but is nothing to take lightly.

Thank you for your time, Linnea L.! We love your feedback.
