We talked to Quanesha M. from MS about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Quanesha M.:  Whoaaaa! I was not prepared for the amazing kick, pow, punch that was packed in this one cup of noodles! I cooked the noodles thoroughly, as they cooked I noticed the mushrooms, red chillis, and green onions rise to the top and it was so much of each vegetables. While I ate the noodles, I could taste each vegetable in every bite. The noodles were very soft. These noodles were packed with so much flavor that my taste buds are still dancing around.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Quanesha M.:  I would add some chicken, butter and lime juice. The meat would make it hearty. The butter will give it some more flavor. The lime juice will cut down on the heat.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Quanesha M.:  I loved the spicey flavor of the noodles. These noodles are different from other noodles because of the flavor and jam packed vegetables.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Quanesha M.:  First, I poured water to the indicated fill line in the cup. Second, l put them in the microwave for 3 minutes. After 1 and 1/2 minutes, I took them out stirred them and poured the pocket contents into the cup. In 3 minutes they were done cooking. They were easy to prepare.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Quanesha M.:  The level of heat is extreme. The flavor the heat has is delicious.

Thank you for your time, Quanesha M.! We love your feedback.
