Gourmet Spicy Shin Cup

Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You’ll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It’s a quick-prepare soup that’s just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Annie T from FL about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Annie T:  The noodles were nice and smooth and tasted as good as the local Chinese ones, which cost me a lot more money. I was skeptical when I got them and they were less than a dollar. My granddaughter is noodle crazy. I take her yo Japan at Disney's Epcot and let her pick $15 worth. She told me, granny you really need to try these they taste soooo good and they are spicy. Loved the ginger and peppery taste, it gave it that little extra kick. I could tell it was beef flavor which gives the juice a great taste. I will definitely buy these again, I'm thinking of going back tomorrow and getting more to take to work for my lunch. They sure are yummy!
“Wish I had got more than just the one to try!”

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Annie T:  Tonight I had it as a starter with my salad. I'm going to take a couple to work this coming week for my lunch, because they don't leave you feeling heavy and too full, they will be perfect for me. I love spicy food and this sure has the kick I need. So pleased to decided to do this one today. You now have a new customer. You converted me. Yum yum!!!
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Annie T:  I have tried others in the past. Some good and some not so good, these had more veggie bits in the. This one is my choosing from now on. I love the kick this one has unlike the others. I can still taste the ginger 15 mins after I have finished it. I'm going out do need to brush my teeth. Great value and great kick. Now a loyal customer.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Annie T:  Easy to make. Boiled the water and poured it onto the noodles in the cut they came in. Let them sit, stirred a few times. When they were ready, I tipped them into my thin china bowl, I'm English and only use china cups and bowls. It adds to my enjoyment from the noodles. They tasted really good, I can't believe the price and the taste. You converted me!
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Annie T:  My granddaughter Jade loves noodles. I take her to Japan at Disney Epcot from time to time and she has $15 granny gives her to spend on noodles. Her favorite one is the beef from there and the price is $5.79 each. The level of heat is hotter than I thought it would be and I loved it. Wish I had got more than just the one to try!

Thank you for your time, Annie T! We love your feedback.
