It’s a quick-prepare soup that’s just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Sherrie J. from GA about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Sherrie J.:  The broth very spicy hot, I tasted pepers, onions, cayenne pepper and a beef taste seasoned very well. The noodles were a medium soft texture, but thick enough to hold heat from the spices and flavors. The overall taste of noodle in the broth was delicious and blended perfectly with the broth.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Sherrie J.:  I would enhance my mealtime with the Shin Cup by adding some beef sausages to bring out the beef flavor.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Sherrie J.:  What I liked most about the Shin Cup, was the hot spiciness. Unlike other ramen I've tried, when I ate the Shin Cup, I was able to taste all the flavors from the beginning to the end.
“The ease of preparation was like a snap of the finger.”

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Sherrie J.:  I prepared the Shin Cup in the microwave. The preparing convenience level 1- 10 with 10 being excellent, I would give the preparing of the Shin Cup a 10. The ease of preparation was like a snap of the finger. Open the cup, add water and microwave for 3 minutes, then in no time, I'm eating my Shin Cup. A great quick meal.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Sherrie J.:  If I was to recommend this product to someone, I would describe the level of heat as a 7 and the general spices as a 10. All the spices including heat went great together.
