Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Melissa H.:  I love spicy foods. In this soup I can taste lime, chili pepper, garlic and onion. All things that I love. The noodles were a little bit undercooked for my liking and I followed the directions for the microwave exactly, so next time I will just leave it in a little bit longer. All in all the soup is very good.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Melissa H.:  I like the shin cup just the way it is. If I were to do anything to it I would just add more vegetables to it such as peas, carrots, corn, more mushrooms and green onion.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Melissa H.:  The shin cup is different than other ramen cups I've had in the past because it has more robust flavor and the flavor elements within this soup are more defined than a typical ramen. I also like that the shin cup has large slices of mushroom. Most ramens have diced vegetables that have almost no flavor.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Melissa H.:  I prepared the shin cup at home, in the microwave. I followed the microwave directions exactly. I would definitely take a shin cup to work with me also because it's very fast to prepare and it's in an easy, convenient package. Easy to carry with and easy to prepare.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Melissa H.:  If you don't like spicy this is not the soup for you. If you do I would highly recommend this soup. It is spicy, but the spice is not so overwhelming that you lose the flavor, but rather it enhances the flavor. It will leave your mouth spicy, but not unbearable.
