Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Michelle W: The soup is spicy. I can taste the green onion. The noodles are cooked just right.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Michelle W: I would add cream cheese or milk to the soup to tone down the spice. I would like to add shrimp and broccoli to the soup. By adding the shrimp you would add some protein to the soup.

Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Michelle W: I liked the cup. The cup was just the right size and did not spill in my microwave. The Shin cup had much more flavor than other ramen.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Michelle W: I added room temperature water to the cup and cooked in the microwave for 3 minutes. This was very easy and will definitely try again.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Michelle W: I would recommend this to friends that like spice and heat. This could be too spicy for a lot of people. The level of heat to would be an 8 out of 10.
