Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Kristin k:  So the cup I tried was gourmet spicy. First thing I noted when removing the paper lid was the bright green onion and sliced mushrooms and diced carrots. Not only did the cup look appealing, the aroma was also inviting. Had my first bite and the spice lingers in a good way. Not harsh at all but then again, I enjoy spicy dishes. Hopefully there are more opportunities such as this one as I'd like to try the other flavors in the near future.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Kristin k:  I enjoyed a cup of soup provided by Nongshim, my only recommendation would be to add more vegetables to the package mix. Definitely more mushrooms and carrots and possibly putting a mix of mint, Cilantro or lime. This would add a bit more of a freshness to the dish and make it stand out from others.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Kristin k:  I like the fact that the cups are much bigger in size and the flavor is bold & rich.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Kristin k:  Is this was exceptionally easy to prepare. We got home I opened the dish, heated water on the stove, poured it in and came back a few minutes later to enjoy. No mess!
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Kristin k:  Very, very spicy for those not familiar with spicy Asian cuisine. One recommendation may be a less hot option for those with sensitive tastebuds!
