Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Lindsey S.: I loved the flavor. You can taste beef in the broth with a hint of onion. I really liked the level of spicy - it wasn't overwhelmingly hot.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Lindsey S.: I would love to try it with fresh mushrooms, onion, and peppers. It would be great with some grilled chicken.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Lindsey S.: I liked the size. I liked that it isn't in Styrofoam so the container can be recycled. It was more substantial and more filling than other types of Ramen.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Lindsey S.: I made it using the hot water method. It was easy. I boiled the water while I got the rest of my lunch ready so it was very easy and super convenient.

Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Lindsey S.: I love spicy food so I loved the level of spiciness. It was just right for my taste. If you are sensitive to spicy things, then obviously something labeled spicy isn't for you anyway.
