Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
April N: The broth had a bite from the spice that lingered. I love the firmness of the noodles and even liked them better after the sat in the broth a few minutes. They seemed to absorb more flavor.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
April N: I would add thin, sliced cooked beef to it as it is sitting, after adding the boiling water.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
April N: It is a little spicier and seemed less salty than other ramen that I have eaten. It would be really nice to eat on cold or rainy days!
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
April N: It was very easy to prepare, just heat water and add to cup. One thing that might make it better is to have a lid to snap on after preparing to take it with you.

April N: It has a very good flavor, but you have to enjoy spicy foods because the heat from the spice lingers.
