Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Eriko N.: I can taste beef base and chili mainly. Noodles got the chewy texture I prefer.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Eriko N.: I'd like to add seafood flavor to it. Shrimp would be good.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Eriko N.: I like that it has good amount of toppings compared to other brands. Good amount of noodles for quick snack. It's convenient that topping is in one packet not a few different packets to add.

Eriko N.: Quite simple. I just added seasoning and then hot water and wait a few minutes. Very easy to prepare.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Eriko N.: I'm not a spicy food lover but I could take this level of spiciness. Good level of heat for general people!
