We talked to Kari G. from TX about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Kari G.:  The sauce was spicy hot to my taste! I like the shiitake mushrooms it gave it a little bit extra zing. It had a hint of onion flavor along with red chili pepper. The noodles had a firm texture.
“It had a stronger flavor than the other brands of ramen.”

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Kari G.:  I think adding vegetables like carrots or celery would help give it substance. I would serve it maybe with some rotisserie chicken cut up inside or some tofu.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Kari G.:  It was different, because it was a little spicier than the regular ramen. It had a stronger flavor than the other brands of ramen.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Kari G.:  Tear the top halfway off and then I filled to the water mark line with water. Put in the microwave, heat for three minutes and stir. I waited a minute and it was ready to eat.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Kari G.:  It was very hot and spicy to me. If you like spiciness and heat you should try this product!

Thank you for your time, Kari G.! We love your feedback.
