Gourmet Spicy Shin Cup

Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You’ll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It’s a quick-prepare soup that’s just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Vanessa C. from GA about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Vanessa C.:  The spice in the noodle came out great. The texture of the noodles is soft and and brings up the taste of the pepper in the broth. The salt is well measured. This noodles soup is very good for people like me who eat pepper a lot!
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Vanessa C.:  I had some left over chicken breast that I added to the noodles. I added no spice due to the fact that I was unsure of how salty it would have been. The broth ended up being perfect.
“It tastes good and it is well seasoned.”

Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Vanessa C.:  The fact that the salt was well measure made me fall in love with the Shin Cup. That makes a very big difference from other ramen. In addition it says spicy and it is spicy; which I haven't tasted before in other spicy ramen noodles.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Vanessa C.:  I open the spice and poured it out on the noodles. Then I added the water and put it the microwave for 3 minutes. I stirred it up after 3 minutes and put it back in the microwave for 1 minutes then I added my chicken.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Vanessa C.:  It is great, as the spice in eat will help with any one having cold. It tastes good and it is well seasoned.

Thank you for your time, Vanessa C.! We love your feedback.
