Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Shushmita H.:  Compared to the usual noodles that I eat, the Nongshim Shin Cup was by far some of the best instant noodles that I've had in a while. The noodles were thicker than the kind I'm used to eating. Additionally, the broth was definitely as spicy as advertised. It left a nice heat in my mouth and seemed to have more depth to its flavor. I microwaved the noodles and didn't notice any decrease in quality versus the hot water method.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Shushmita H.:  Typically, I cook instant noodles over the stove, and I usually crack an egg into it while cooking. Every now and then I'll try to add some frozen vegetables to increase my vegetable intake.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Shushmita H.:  In my opinion, I thought the noodles were thicker compared to other instant noodle varieties. The broth in general seemed more flavorful, and it didn't taste too salty. I also liked the mushrooms since that's a vegetable that is not included often.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Shushmita H.:  I prepared the Shin Cup using a microwave, which was incredibly easy. All the instructions are on the cup, and all you need is water and a utensil. This is easily something I can take on-the-go or eat at work if I don't have time to prepare something before.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Shushmita H.:  I am someone who loves spicy food, and I found the level of heat to be perfect. There was a nice heat left in my mouth after eating the noodles. The flavor was quite rich compared to other instant noodles.
