Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Andrea C.:  The noodles are a pleasant texture, not too soft, and they rehydrate well. The broth has a nice amount of spice. Overall, it's a good combination of flavors and consistency of the noodles.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Andrea C.:  I might add fresh green onions or tofu to add to the dish. But on its own it has a nice flavor for a noodle soup. A very cold drink would pair well with the spice of the soup.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Andrea C.:  I like the spicy flavor and the texture of the noodles the most. In comparison to other ramens, the noodles are firm but adequately rehydrated. I also like the added mushrooms. That is unlike other ramen soups I've tried.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Andrea C.:  I heated water in a kettle and poured it into the cup. It was a very convenient process to only open the ramen, open the season packet, and add hot water. The whole process took under 5 minutes, and 3 of those were letting the ramen sit.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Andrea C.:  I like spice, so this product is tasty to me. I have a high tolerance so I would say it's moderately spicy. For someone who is sensitive to spice, I think this would be quite spicy for them.
