Gourmet Spicy Shin Cup

Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You’ll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It’s a quick-prepare soup that’s just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Aleesha w. from GA about NONGSHIM, and here is what she had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Aleesha w.:  Delicious! These are one of the better tasting instant noodles that I have tried. If you would like a quick fix of Korean food this is worth a try. They are great for a quick and easy meal. They are cooked al dente. They are pretty spicy to me. You can taste a variety of flavors just in this one bowl. Between the vegetables and the spice it is definitely is full of flavor.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Aleesha w.:  I would add some chicken or steak to it. I think this would make it more filling and turn this into a complete meal.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Aleesha w.:  I like that this product is already in a bowl and all you do is add water and heat it up. It's great for a quick bite to eat. It's different from others that I have tried, because I have never tried any Korean noodles.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Aleesha w.:  First I peeled back the lid. Next I added the base. Then I added hot water to the line inside the bowl. Last I shut the lid and microwaved for 3 minutes. The preparation was super easy and fast. I didn't have to put any thought process into it.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Aleesha w.:  I would recommend this product to anyone who likes Spicy Korean food. It is really spicy - I would say on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 7.

Thank you for your time, Aleesha w.! We love your feedback.
