Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Rhonda P.:  Although this is not something I would normally eat, I feel like I could eat this for a quick meal that I want hot. The flavor was perfect, not too spicy but not too mild with just enough heat. Taste of chili and onion was perfect throughout the combination of flavors, although I would have liked it to be less salty. The noodles were perfect, they weren't too soft or too hard, but the perfect chewy texture that all ramen based soup should have. The broth is what made the soup. Even though it was too salty it had a good flavor and texture to it, not grainy at all but perfectly smooth and perfect heat. I love that the onion and chili stood out in the flavor and that there were little chunks of green onion in the soup. Perfect for an on-the-go, quick meal.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Rhonda P.:  I would eat this as is, since I wouldn't eat this regularly it would most likely be on the go so I wouldn't add anything. If I did eat it at home it would be great with an egg on top! I would also probably add more water or use less seasoning, to reduce the saltiness of the product.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Rhonda P.:  I love that this product had nice chunks of green onion in the noodles as I've never seen that in any other product. I also like the nice oniony chili flavor of the seasoning.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Rhonda P.:  I prepared it as is as the instructions directed, pouring hot water to the fill line and letting it sit for 3 minutes yes. It probably actually set for 4 but that made it perfect for on-the-go.

Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Rhonda P.:  I would say this isn't very spicy, but more of a medium heat. The heat is not overwhelming even for someone that cannot handle spicy food.
