Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Vivian S:  The broth had some notes of chive flavors and a strong, but pleasent spiciness to it. The noodles had an al dente texture. The noodles in the broth gave the perfect combination of texture and flavor to make it addicting.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Vivian S:  I would like to add shrimp and seaweed.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Vivian S:  I liked the different notes of flavor it had. I consider that what makes it different from other ramen is the combination of the noodles in the broth with all the notes of flavor that gives it a special taste.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Vivian S:  I opened the lid half way, added the soup base and poured hot water inside. I covered the cup and waited 3 minutes.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Vivian S:  The heat level is pleasant and has the right amount of spiciness to give it a unique flavor.
