Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Nichole D.:  I taste a sour type flavor, possibly lime. The noodles are firm but cooked. The broth is very salty. I could have used half the flavor packet and it may have tasted better. I do like the vegetables.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Nichole D.:  I would enjoy this with more water. Adding chicken, or even a poached egg would be great. If I followed a vegetable based diet, adding frozen or fresh vegetables would also be delicious.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Nichole D.:  I liked the spice of the product. Not too spicy, just right. I would maybe add only half the packet next time.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Nichole D.:  I used a tea kettle for the hot water. I would use this method over the microwave. It was very easy. The only work I put in was filling the water and pouring once the water came to a boil.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Nichole D.:  I would recommend this. I would make sure to tell others that the spice level is about medium.
