Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Alice P.:  Spicy, salty, noodles are thin but not soggy (dependent on time soaked). Love the noodles and the broth. I enjoyed the spiciness.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Alice P.:  I would add some greens and some kind of meat. Possibly dehydrated seaweed as well.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Alice P.:  It's convenient and no clean up required. The flavor of the broth is different from any mainstream ramen.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Alice P.:  I just added hot water because I want sure what to expect, but I would definitely incorporate more food choices to it next time. Because this cup only needed water, it makes it convenient to bring anywhere that will also have hot water.

Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Alice P.:  It's spicy but definitely can be diluted more to tone it down.
