Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Andie Y.: I'm part Korean, so I was excited to see a more authentic choice of ramen noodles available. The broth is a bit spicy but not to the point where my mouth is on fire. The taste was delicious!

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Andie Y.: I would love to add some authentic Kimchi (fermented cabbage) to the Shin Cup!
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Andie Y.: It's tastier than the competition cups out there and the taste surpasses them all. I would definitely purchase this out of all the others available.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Andie Y.: The preparation was simple. I heated some water in a microwaveable cup, then poured it over the noodles and put the top back on. This is so convenient for teachers!
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Andie Y.: On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the spiciest, I would rate this a 5.
