Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Sue F.:  The broth in this soup is real peppery with a fair amount of heat. You can also taste a subtle amount of garlic and onion. The noodles have a balanced texture to them, not too soft, yet not to firm. The sauce infuses the noodles rather well.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Sue F.:  I would like to use the Shin Cup in a stir-fry dish. I would cook up a California blend of vegetables, some onions and mushrooms and serve it along with some teriyaki beef.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Sue F.:  The Shin Cup was a nice size and very easy to cook with and eat from. The noodles had a nice firmness to them where other brands seem somewhat soggy. The sauce also had a fair amount of heat where most other brands don't.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Sue F.:  The shin cup was very easy to use. I boiled up some water on the stove and added water to the fill line. After three minutes of setting with the lid on, I stirred it up and then enjoyed eating it. This was a very quick and easy process.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Sue F.:  The heat level in this product is just about right. You can definitely tell it's there, but it will not burn your mouth. Overall the Shin Cup has a nice flavor to it. It seems a little peppery.
