Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Kyriaki E.:  The flavors I am tasting in the broth are chilis as the most abundant flavor, beef, green onion and a hint of garlic. The noodle has a nice soft texture, but is still firm so you are able to nicely chew it without any mushiness. The noodle picks up the spicy flavor from the broth well and has a nice coat of chili on it with a hint of beef and consistent flavor throughout the noodle. The noodle continues to have a nice soft, yet firm texture even after sitting in the broth for a while, the noodle maintains its texture and flavor well.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Kyriaki E.:  To enhance the flavor of this product I would add some fresh julienned onion and mushrooms! I would also squeeze in fresh lime juice and top it with diced cilantro.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Kyriaki E.:  I enjoy that this shin cup truly has a heat to the spicy flavor. Other brands that advertise being spicy typically are not actually very spicy at all. Some may have a flavor of chilis, but lack the heat. This shin cup however does have a nice heat to it!
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Kyriaki E.:  I prepared this shin cup using the microwave method. It was very easy and straightforward to follow the steps on the cup. Since the liquid is very hot and filled in the cup it would be a bit difficult taking it on the go immediately after preparation as it would pose a risk of spilling hot liquid. I ideally would transfer it into a seal container for on the go.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Kyriaki E.:  This product has a great level of heat compared to other brands. I can taste the bold chili flavor right away and it costs the noddle nicely. The flavor is not only in the broth but it absorbs well into the noodle with a very nice flavor.
