Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Kimberly O.:  I taste something very spicy, like jalapeno or red pepper. the broth is beefy flavored with spices like garlic, onion, salt and pepper.the noodles are cooked perfectly, they are not mushy at all. They are slightly al dente, cooked just right.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Kimberly O.:  These noodles have a wonderful, spicy flavor that would go very well with shrimp or steak. The noodles cook perfectly right in the cup and it's the perfect size for a one person lunch or dinner. Mix in some meat or seafood and you've got a nice, easy meal that tastes like you're sitting in a restaurant.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Kimberly O.:  What I liked most about the Shin Cup was the bold punch of flavors you don't find in standard ramen. I love the ease of cooking the noodles right in the cup. I will be buying this and pairing it with steak, shrimp, or vegetables from now on. They were really delicious.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Kimberly O.:  I followed the directions for microwave preparation. I added the flavor packet first, then filled the cup with room temperature water, then popped it in the microwave for 3 minutes. I then let it sit for a minute or so while it cooled off a little. The product was very easy to prepare and I love that the container is recyclable.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Kimberly O.:  If I were to recommend this product to someone, I would tell them to take more than one bite. At first the heat is overwhelming, but after a bite or two you really taste all the other flavors.
