Gourmet Spicy Shin Cup

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Tracey H.:  The initial taste is sweet, then the spicyness, which is so delicious, and then you taste the heat of the chillies. All of those flavors blend together and make it amazingly good. Also, the mushrooms actually taste like mushrooms! The 3-minute timing makes the noodles the perfect blend of softness and firmness with a little "spongy-ness". A pleasant surprise is that the soup isn't overly salty like most soups.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Tracey H.:  The broth is perfect, but I would add more noodles. The noodles are easily eaten before the broth is consumed and it would be better to have a more equal ratio. Also, I would add more veggies. It would be nice to have a vegetarian version that doesn't include the beef flavorings. Overall it was delicious and has a great kick to it for those of us who love spicy food!
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Tracey H.:  I liked the spicyness the most and the fact that it isn't overly salty. The Shin Cup noodles have the best texture I've tasted for a microwavable product. I will definitely buy Shin Cups again.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Tracey H.:  I added room temp water and microwaved for 3 minutes. You can't ask for a product to be more convenient than that! And, I think that the convenience makes you automatically consider it an on-the-go "go-to" food source.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Tracey H.:  I would say, "If you like spicy foods that taste delicious AND it'll leave a yummy heat in your mouth, you have try Shin Cup Noodles!"
