Xing: This soy sauce is pretty good with a nice bit of spicy taste.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Xing: I can really taste the Thai chili flavor in this.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Xing: It tastes decently salty with a good, spicy kick to it.
Q: How did you or would you use INK Soy Sauce?
Xing: I would use this to accentuate a cold dish such as a cucumber salad. I could also see myself using it with either fried tempura or dumplings.
