Angela : Ink Garlic Sesame Soy Sauce is a traditional soy sauce, but with an extra hit of garlic and sesame flavors.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Angela : Sesame.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Angela : This has an umami flavor combination of sweet, salty and savory.
Q: How did you or would you use INK Soy Sauce?
Angela : I would use it for all kinds of stir-frying. I also would like to eat it on plain white sticky rice. It also would probably be good as a drizzled condiment on grilled meats.
