We’re built in fans already, but we talked to Allison from Georgia about Ink Soy Sauce + here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Allison: This soy sauce is a convenient sauce that has a not too salty, delightfully nutty flavor.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Allison: Mostly toasted sesame, but there is a hint of garlic
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Allison: The flavor is less salty than a traditional soy sauce, with slightly oily, roasted garlic and toasted sesame vibe.
Q: How did you or would you use INK Soy Sauce?
Allison: I️ like frying up rice paper so that it puffs up into a crisp great for dipping into coconut soup or peanut sauce, however I️ am experimenting with ways to flavor the oil. I’m looking forward to seeing what it tastes like with a bit of the INK Soy Sauce for seasoning. Additionally, I️ plan to use INK Soy Sauce in a stir fry with ginger, bean sprouts, bok choy, carrots, zucchini, and maybe some rice noodles.
