Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Vera: I intend to use this soy sauce as a finisher for noodle dishes, to flavor my stir fry vegetables, and to inspire my sautéed vegetables. I would also like to try it in my black bean burger patties! I will add it to puréed black beans with bell pepper and onion to create a new flavor in my veggie burgers.
