Shelly: Garlic primarily with undertones of sesame

Shelly: It has a savory garlic flavor that is rich without being overwhelming.
Q: How did you or would you use INK Soy Sauce?
Shelly: This soy sauce would make an excellent marinade on steak or chicken as-is; no additions required. It would add ample flavor to sushi rolls or rice whether homemade or take-out. After trying this one I’m definitely going to try the other flavors.
