Lavanda: I like the fact that there isn’t really a salty aftertaste, the garlic in this flavor is very strong.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?

Lavanda: INK Soy Sauce is not overwhelming, not overly salty, and has a predominately garlic flavor.
Q: How did you use INK Soy Sauce?
Lavanda: These sauces would be ideal to marinate chicken or veggies in to change up the flavors when making Asian inspired dishes. They would be good to use both in a skillet or wok, or also crock pot cooking methods. I would also be interested in adding these to home made salad dressings to try new flavors as well.
