Rebecca: A rich soy sauce with a delicious smell and flavor that hit you the moment you open the bottle.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Rebecca: The flavor combination is very nicely balanced. The sesame is the pronounced taste over the garlic.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Rebecca: The flavor is a very nice balance of garlic and sesame with sesame taking the slight lead.
Q: How did you use INK Soy Sauce?
Rebecca: I used Ink garlic sesame soy sauce to kick a simple dinner of fried rice and vegetables up a notch. It added a very nice flavor to a simple combination of rice and scrambled egg that were pan fried in sesame oil then topped with steamed vegetables.
