Sometimes, companies just get it right. Ya know? See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Joanne from TX about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Joanne: A nice blend of flavors and smells not typically found in other soy sauces, but traditional to the Asian flavor.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Joanne: Garlic and sesame.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Joanne: A nice flavor that gives the taster a nice blend, without being overpowering.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Joanne: We use it in homemade stir-fry, adding peppers and water chestnuts. In addition, it is left out for each individual to add additional flavor if desired. I would also love it for some of the Asian dishes we cook in the crock pot, to see how it flavors when left for several hours.
