Sometimes, companies just get it right. Ya know? See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Sarah from VA about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Sarah: Ink Soy Sauce is a good tasting sauce, in an elegant bottle.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Sarah: A slight bitterness and mild garlic flavor, with a strong nutty taste.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Sarah: There is no overwhelming saltiness with Ink Soy Sauce, but rather a rich, nutty flavor with just enough garlic and an appropriate amount of bitterness.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Sarah: I drizzled some on my wok-fried vegetables and the combination was great. I think if I was entertaining, I would use some as I was cooking and then have more for dipping if people want an even deeper flavor.
