Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Michelle: Not as salty or heavy as regular soy, which I enjoyed. It meant I could use a bit more. The heat was a nice surprise!

Michelle: Ink Thai Chili Soy Sauce is a spicy, medium-bodied soy sauce that tastes more complex than your typical soy sauce
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Michelle: I will most likely use this when I snack on fresh veggies, like green beans, carrots and zzucchini. Would love to try it on a juicy, grilled steak and will likely splash it on some buttery scrambled eggs.
