Sometimes, companies just get it right. Ya know? See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Emily from GA about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Emily: The Garlic Sesame Soy Sauce has just the right amount of garlic flavor, so that it doesn't overpower the soy flavor and the hint of sesame accents everything really well.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Emily: Soy with garlic and a hint of sesame.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Emily: The garlic is just strong enough to not overpower the soy flavor, while the sesame is just a small hint.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Emily: I will be using this soy sauce as a marinade for steak, as I think it will soak in really well and give the beef a unique flavor. I also think that it would make a really great base for a chicken dish cooked to simmer in the sauce with some vegetables, like broccoli and cauliflower. It would even be great in a sesame salmon dish.
