Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Karen: Ink soy sauce would make a great marinade for a pork roast, chops to go in the grill or tossed with cooked chicken strips to put on a salad with Asian dressing. A dash mixed with mayo makes a great dip, or spread on chicken breasts, sprinkled with parmesan shreds and baked. Add to tomato juice, with some lemon juice (and maybe some vodka!). This is a very versatile sauce.
