Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Karen from GA about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Karen: Ink Soy Sauce is rich and just a little seasoned - great on meats and in stir-fry rice.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Karen: The flavor is rich, with a mysterious hint of garlic and sesame.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Karen: Ink soy sauce would make a great marinade for a pork roast, chops to go in the grill or tossed with cooked chicken strips to put on a salad with Asian dressing. A dash mixed with mayo makes a great dip, or spread on chicken breasts, sprinkled with parmesan shreds and baked. Add to tomato juice, with some lemon juice (and maybe some vodka!). This is a very versatile sauce.
