Jocelyn: Mostly garlic, but not overwhelming, with undertones of soy and sesame.

Jocelyn: Savory, garlicky soy sauce with subtle undertones of sesame.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Jocelyn: I will use this to marinate thinly sliced beef for Mongolian style barbecue, as well as to pour on top, after it has cooked. It will be a welcome addition to Vietnamese egg rolls and stuffed cabbage. I will also use this in place of Worcestershire sauce in batches of Chex-mix for a garlicky Unami flavor.
