Sometimes, companies just get it right. Ya know? See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Dayna from TX about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Dayna: A mildly salty, earthy hit of flavor with a kick of heat on the back of the throat!
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Dayna: Smoked, meaty flavor.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Dayna: The Ink Soy Sauce has a savory, smoky flavor with a kick of heat.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Dayna: I love bold flavors! I would use the Thai Chili Ink Soy Sauce in a Banh Mi marinade for pork loin or chicken breasts. I would serve the meat on a toasted bun with Sriracha Mayo, fresh jalapenos, cilantro and a pickled slaw consisting of shredded carrots, red onion, cucumber and daikon radish. Yum!
