Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Tanya: I will use the soy sauce to marinate vegetables, as well as use it to give my beef stock a rich flavor. I love making my own salad dressing and sauces to go over noodles. After tasting the Ink Soy Sauce, I plan on creating a ginger and teriyaki dressing and adding the soy sauce as an ingredient, for its rich flavors.
