Sometimes, companies just get it right. Ya know? See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and so simple to use– dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Christine from VA about INK Soy Sauce, and here is what she had to say:
Q: In one word, how would you describe the soy sauce?
“Ink Soy Sauce is a flavor-infused soy sauce that is non-GMO, preservative-free and contains no artificial ingredients.”
Q: Describe the soy sauce, in one line.
Christine: Ink Soy Sauce is a flavor-infused soy sauce that is non-GMO, preservative-free and contains no artificial ingredients.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Christine: I taste the garlic and sesame and, for some reason, I am also getting a hint of some sort of coffee-like aroma in the aftertaste.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Christine: Ink Soy Sauce is salty and flavorful with strong hints of sesame and garlic.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Christine: This would be a great addition to any kitchen. Yes, you could use it for stir-fry, but it would also add flavor to soup, tacos and even salad dressing. I’m bringing one to work for our Chinese takeout lunches, to give my chicken and broccoli a kick that doesn’t come in standard takeout soy packets.
