Katie: My boyfriend and I cook at home often. We love to stir-fry vegetables in rice, quinoa and gluten free pastas. We will also use it to spice our chicken, as a base for teriyaki sauce. Our favorite cuisine is Thai, so we will use it to make delicious drunken noodles with Thai eggplant.
