Sharon: You can taste the garlic, which is not overpowering, and you can also taste the sesame.

Sharon: The flavor of the sauce is a great mixture of everything it is made of, and it was not as salty as some soy sauces.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Sharon: I would use Ink Soy Sauce is as a marinade for barbecue. I would mix the sauce with a little brown sugar, cook it until the sauce has thickened and baste the meat with it as it cooks. Or I would finish the meat in the oven and in the last 10 minutes of cooking, with the oven on broil, set the sauce on the meat.
