Tara:  The Ink Soy Sauce has big garlic sesame flavor and I only used a few drops. It's very tasty and not salty like other brands I have tried.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste in the soy sauce?
Tara:  Garlic.
Q: Describe the flavor, in one line.
Tara:  The flavor is very good and distinct.
Q: How did you or will you use INK Soy Sauce?
Tara:  I would use this soy sauce over some baked boneless chicken breasts. I can also use it as a dipping sauce for steak.
